End of Life Care

The Teresian House End of Life Care provides a comprehensive program to residents, and services to their families during there remaining days of life. The Resident Centered Care Coordinator and interdisciplinary team provide comfort care to the residents while addressing the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual concerns. The resident and the family together are the center of care.
