HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT MISSION STATEMENT

The Human Resources Department is committed to recruiting, retaining, and developing qualified and dedicated employees to provide quality care that will enhance the physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being of our residents in our resident centered care facility. We provide a safe, caring, and supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth to satisfy the individual staff social, economic, and spiritual needs so that staff can in turn meet resident physical, spiritual, and emotional needs. We provide this excellence for our staff and residents while focusing on the stewardship of resources and hospitality principles of the Carmelite Philosophy.
